According to the "Measures for Clean Production Audit" (Order No. 38 of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection), the "Notice of the Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment on Issuing the List of Enterprises Subject to Compulsory Clean Production Audit in Shandong Province in 2022" (Lu Huan Zi [2022] No. 32), and the "Guidelines for Clean Production Audit Evaluation and Acceptance", Runhui Biotechnology (Weihai) Co., Ltd. entrusted Weihai Qixin Environmental Protection Consulting Co., Ltd. to evaluate and accept our company's clean production audit work, and the evaluation and acceptance were all qualified.

Through soliciting reasonable suggestions from employees, consulting with auditors, and on-site guidance from technical experts, a total of 19 clean production plans were proposed during the clean production audit period, including 17 no/low cost plans and 2 medium high cost plans, with a total investment of 652000 yuan, generating economic benefits of 1.502 million yuan, reducing fresh water usage by 400t/a, reducing power consumption by 33200 kWh, reducing steam consumption by 6t/a, reducing solid waste generation by 71.7t/a (including waste liquid 71.6t/a), reducing VOCs emissions by 41kg per year, wastewater emissions by 400t per year, and COD emissions by 0.03t per year.

Through this round of clean production audit, the main audit point is the reduction of fresh water consumption from 0.047t/g products before the audit to 0.034t/g products after the audit, with a reduction rate of 28%; The electricity consumption has decreased from 33200 kWh/kg of products before the audit to 32700 kWh/kg of products after the audit, with a reduction rate of 1.5%; The natural gas consumption has decreased from 0.415m3/g product before the audit to 0.413m3/g product after the audit, with a reduction rate of 0.5%; The steam consumption has decreased from 21.6t/g product before the audit to 21.5t/g product after the audit, with a reduction rate of 0.5%.
